1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on JioSangam ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to marry under Indian law and are not already married (unless specified in your profile).

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Profile Guidelines

Your profile must:

  • Contain accurate personal information
  • Include a genuine recent photograph
  • Not contain misleading, offensive, or false information
  • Not infringe on any third-party rights

JioSangam reserves the right to remove any profile that violates these guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Create fake or multiple accounts
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other members
  • Collect or store personal data of other members without consent
  • Use the Platform for commercial solicitation
  • Post obscene, offensive, or illegal content
  • Impersonate another person

6. Premium Membership

Premium memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

JioSangam is a platform to facilitate introductions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of profiles or the outcomes of introductions. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other members.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
